- In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to return any item purchased from Augusto within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason. This 14-day period is also known as the "cooling-off" period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and free from any signs of damage or alterations.
- Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox in its original condition.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team by email at info@augusto-offical.com or by filling out the contact form on our Contact Page. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
