  • In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to return any item purchased from Augusto within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason. This 14-day period is also known as the "cooling-off" period.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  2. The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and free from any signs of damage or alterations.
  3. Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox in its original condition.


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
